Dairy Free Yogurt
Grocery shopping last night I came across a dairy free yogurt alternative - with coconut milk! How awesome right!
My son has a severe dairy allergy - within minutes he'll get hives, itchiness, vomiting and diarrhea (which will last a few days) - and who knows what's going on internally so we've stayed away from all things dairy. So I was very excited to find this yogurt and it's as the name says, soooo delicious, hmm hmm.

I picked it up at Hurley's. It was CI $2.99. I scooped some into a small container and sent it with him to daycare - this was of course after I stopped myself from eating the entire thing :D
Great, delicious alternative for those with dairy allergies or those wanting to cut some dairy from their diet.
